Your Gua Sha stone is a great tool to gently stimulate your lymphatic system. Helping to reduce puffiness, increase circulation, which helps release toxins and increase collagen and elastin. Firstly apply your face oil and then apply gentle pressure strokes. Firstly from your collar bone, up your neck, then from centre of face to outer, working your way towards the forehead. Then draining all fluid from forehead back to your collar bone ( where some of your main lymph nodes sit). Repeat 3-5 times. This can be practiced daily.
